Casual retail assistant- Beaconsfield location

That mission is to support People in their journey to rid themselves of harmful Tobacco products using Vaping/E-cigarettes. We are an Industry leading Vape store with 2 locations in Sydney. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our Pioneer Beaconsfield store.
This position will be ongoing casual as required.
Successful candidates will be provided with training on our extensive range of products, though prior experience in retail customer service is essential. Knowledge or experience in Vaping or e-cigarettes would be highly desired it is not critical to your potential success. A willingness to learn, listen, understand and support a customer’s needs is paramount.
The Role:
Provide exceptional customer service
Have a passion for selling and achieving/exceeding sales targets
Show initiative and be a great team player
Demonstrate attention to detail
Advocate best practice and adherence to Company policies

Availability:
We are seeking candidates who can work flexibly to the needs of our business operations over 3 to 5 days a week, Weekend availability is essential as we operate 7 days a week.
The Individual:
You must be over 18 years old
You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a genuine connection with our customers.
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience+ in a retail environment
You have experience within a KPI driven environment
You take pride in visual merchandising and store appearance
A positive, can-do attitude
Desire to develop your career in retail
Presentable and well-spoken individual
You are ready for your next opportunity
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Excellent organisational skills, punctuality and sense of responsibility
Experience with stock handling
Ability to take direction as well as, work autonomously and as part of a team
