Mmm... Whipped Cream....aaghghfh

Ooo this is tasty. There's a delicious, silky smoothness and density to this cream which I enjoy. Not too rich, very realistic and has a whipped, airy mouthfeel. Really fresh. Has the texture of C02 whipped cream but tastes like fresh whipped cream (minus the added sugar/vanilla) which makes it a great base to work with for just about any recipe you could think of. Take advantage of the silky milk-like sensation it can bring to a mix. Pairs well with CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream to thicken and sweeten up the base if you so require. Great for use in ice creams, melt on the tongue type feel 👍 How I used it: Accent 0.75%-1.5% and @ 1% with CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream 2% to add a nice and dense whipped cream to your fruits/anything.
