Poli Payments
Unfortunately the Paypal crusade against the Vape Industry has hit our shores, and our Paypal account has been permanently limited so that it can no longer send or receive funds.
But we do however now offer Poli. This is a great service supplied by Australia Post.
Zippay
Zip Pay is a simple interest-free payment solution provided by Zip Co and accepted by thousands of stores and online vendors across Australia. Zip Pay lets you make purchases now and pay later, without the need for a credit card.
Once you sign up and get approved, you’ll have a line of credit up to $1,000 and a shopping account. Using your account and credit line, you can make purchases which you then pay back in regular instalments.
Credit Card processing by phone
If you need to pay via Visa Debit/Credit Card whilst we implement a payment gateway on the website, we have an option you can now use.
Simply go to the website, add what you need to your cart and checkout like normal. Once you get to the payment method, select ‘Credit Card by phone’. You will be instructed to call the online team at (02) 9698 2623 option 1 where you will be walked through what to do.
If you wish to order outside of business hours (8am – 4pm Mon-Fri), simply press ‘Confirm order’ and a staff member will call you the next business day to take payment.
